The BBC say they wont broadcast an aid appeal to for the people of Gaza as they want to stay impartial?

They said the same thing about an appeal for the Lebanon It seems to me that they will not support any appeal that relates to Israel. Is that impartiality ? America gives $3 billion a year in aid to Israel so whats wrong with giving the Garzians a few quid.?
