Difference between Wilson's Fourteen Points and the Treaty of Versailles?

What is the difference? I know that the Treaty ended WWI and the Fourteen Points was what Wilson wanted done after the Allies won the war (and I know that it was just another way for Wilson to set up the League of Nations). But what I'm wondering is what did Wilson want and how was the Treaty different? If you could help me understand I would really appreciate it!
