Local services to be slashed as council budgets are cut by 10%; told by Govt to do 'more with less'?

The first thing to do is to abolish sick leave, no work, no pay. A system that I have had to work under all my life. There are people in the public sector who get panic attacks if they have not used all their sick leave up.
