Windows Font's?

I'm looking for a big pack of font's for windows vista. I've seen websites that offer single downloads of one font for free, but i'm looking for a big pack of a lot of fonts that can be downloaded all in one zip file, and they have to be free. Also i'm looking for GIMP downloads such as brushes, gradients, FX, etc etc.
