UK Legal: This law makes no sense; buying prescription drugs online?

similar to US law, it is illegal to distribute in the US without a prescription but it is not illegal to buy without a prescription, therefor i can buy from an offshore pharmacy without a prescription since they are not in the US. the second condition is personal use means a 90 day supply or less, anything too far over a 90 day supply may be considered purchasing for resale which is also illegal. the site we buy from is not based in the US or in the UK so it should work well for you too, take a look at World-Rx.Net and email or IM them for their opinion on this as well.
