Hi so im pretty out of shape 5ft2 180 pounds which is horrible for such a little person like me. I dont look that much but im clearly out of shape. Im planning on going on a very strict diet and doing cardio and weight traning for the next three months until i leave to go to Europe and i want to look hot! Can i see a huge physical change in my body within that time frame if i stick to this regimen and get fitter??
