Why do so many people always overrate the ACC and the Big 10?

Neither conf. is even that good. OSU, Minny, and Iowa all had a scare on opening week. Illinois got manhandled by Mizzou in a season where Illinois was suppose to have a breakout season(Ron Zook sucks only 1 breakout season that’s all). While the ACC struggles like it always does, I mean Wake Forest losing Baylor, I know Baylor is underrated but there is no excuse losing to a team like Baylor. UVA, NC State, VT, and Duke all lost on opening week. While Maryland got destroyed by Cal by 39. Those 2 conf. are so overrated, the Big East is wayyy... better. I'm not saying the Big East is the best conf. but we've proven ourselves in the past in the regular season and in bowl games. Big East>ACC and Big East>Big 10. Big 10>ACC. The ACC is the worst BCS conf. cause they struggle to win regular season games/bowl games plus they get so many overrated highly ranked teams just because they have a conf. title game. That's some serious BS, just having a conf. title game shouldn't mean that much, I mean mid-majors have conf. title games too and they don't get the same luxury.
