How to make a "dream themed" party?

hi! I'm having my birthday soon and i'm planning on holding a formal party with the theme "dream". I chose light colors like aqua blue, apple green, and celadon green. I have pillow and small lanterns as favors. I decided to place erfly decorations around the area. Can anyone give me more ideas especially on decorating the venue? I also need ideas on the program and attire of the guests. Note: it's a formal party. Thanks!
