I need help with my shiny Feebas in Pokemon Diamond?

I recently got a shiny Feebas on Pokemon Diamond, from GTS. I want to evolve it into a shiny Milotic, but its Beauty is not maxed out and its "sheen" is maxed out. Is there any way I can evolve it? Thank you for your istance!
