Ideas for a Tattoo cover up!?

Hi guys and girls! After asking if my tattoo needs work i am now gonna look at getting a cover up! http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f13/Scraggy87/Photo94.jpg I like the writing under the tattoo "Lifes a gamble" but what could i get the dice covered up with?
