heard it back in 2003, it was not donna summer .sounded like a maybe early 90 and up type of song. the lady had a sweet voice singing about hearing "it on the radio the radio"... I have been searching for it ever since ...heard it back in hawaii in 2003 on their hip hop station there ...called the station once I got back to the mainland ....two DJ's could not help me.....
