Where the heck is AF!?

My bbs have been noticeably bigger since like 7dpo, even visably. I had terrible headaches when trying to sleep a couple nights in a row. The last couple days I've had "poking" pains in my uterus. I'd say stabbing pains, but they don't actually hurt really & they're not sharp; they're just very sudden & quick, &in a concentrated area as if being stabbed with a finger or something. I had some AF like cramps a week ago, but not in the last couple days. For the last week i've found it very hard to fall asleep, but once I'm asleep I wake up just a few hours later. I'm lucky if I get 4-5 hours. I'm 21dpo (based on spotting&pos opks,) hpts are saying negative. Bbs are still swollen. Not sore though like before AF. &no sign of my period starting. What is going onnn?!!?!
