Worried about new baby?

wow, how old is the mother of this child?! that is not healthy. i would probably call a social worker. my little brother has downs and was born with...i think 2 holes in his heart and my mom would have been pissed if we flung him around like that. people with heart problems cant go on roller coasters for a reason, and to a baby, being tossed and turned and flung around is a pretty close comparison to a roller coaster.
