Not sure what's happening?

The spotting could be implantation bleeding. Implantation usually happens between 6-12 days after you conceived and if it's only 13 days past then there is a good chance that you are pregnant and that implantation just happened a day late. If the spotting was implantation bleeding then I would wait at least another week to take a hpt. Implantation needs to occur before a test will be accurate. Of course, your period could just be late too or extremely light this month. I wish you the best of luck though and will be sending loads of baby dust your way!
